The hotel is like a circus, with families everywhere while the one heated pool is packed, god forbid you come after 07:30! And don't get me started on their so-called a la carte menu, a chicken burger was just a sad bun and a piece of chicken. I asked for a room upgrade but no one could help me, how quaint!

With lasting memories. The overall ambiance was cute, and the themed evenings were fun for both kids and adults. The room we stayed in felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some modern upgrades.

The beach area is always tidy with ample sunbeds available. Couldn't find kids' meals at times.

Room sizes can feel cramped, particularly for families, so be prepared for tight quarters-definitely not spacious for four. The a la carte reservation system is a headache. Getting into popular spots can be frustrating and time-consuming, while the heated pool often gets crowded early was nice. There seems to be some inconsistency with food temperatures at the buffet. A warm dish isn't always on the menu, which could lip the culinary experience. While the night entertainment offers variety, some shows may lack the punch you'd expect during your stay.

The food at the beachfront restaurant was a hit, serving up a delicious blend of local cuisines that had me coming back for more. Not to mention, the fine layout combined with the comfortable sunbeds made lounging a dream. The kids' facilities are on point too!

The hotel struggled in communication, leaving my messages unanswered. The a la carte menu didn't quite match reality either. My chicken burger was just a sad bun and a lonely piece of chicken. Talk about a culinary letdown!

Lovely facilities, really good service, including access to a private beach area, and a fine beachfront restaurant that served delicious local cuisines made my stay nice.

The children's facilities were fantastic-our kids were entertained every minute! Special thanks to the staff for the birthday surprise for our daughter.

The staff were canny friendly, really made us feel special. Our family room opened right onto a private pool, which was just lush for the kids. But the room size was a bit tight for four of us, could be better, like.

The facilities are amazin, so many pools and water slides for the kids! The beachfront restaurant had the best local food, super fresh seafood, and there was always something delish to eat. The staff were really friendly, especially beyza and enes who took great care of us. Our room was spacious with fine views and comfy decor, perfect for our family. Loved the live performances every night, totally made our evenings fun!

Totally recommend for a quick layover

Lovely facilities, really good service, coupled with fine beach access made my stay enjoyable, and I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center and the quiet setting to relax each morning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a wonderful Easter holiday! The staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming with smiles on their faces. The pools were great, especially the ones with the water slides which were so much fun. The sandy beach was just a short walk away and the sea was warm and clear. One of the best parts was the free ice cream on the beach, such a nice touch! The location was also perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The cleanliness of the room which could have been better. However, we did speak to the housekeeping staff who promptly fixed the issue.

The hotel offers excellent service, with friendly staff and fantastic restaurants including a fish restaurant, Italian restaurant and steakhouse. the Sky Bar provides great views and exceptional service from Selami and Cafer, and the adult boardwalk area is a great place to relax. the location provides easy access to everything in the surrounding area.

There were occasional noise issues with doors slamming late at night.

The food variety was great, with options for every taste. the hotel personnel were friendly and always willing to help. the pools were clean and well-maintained. the location was peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful sea view.

The room size was small, making it a bit cramped for three people to stay in. the sound isolation wasn't the best, as we could hear noises from outside the room.
